Welcome to my blog about Tokyo!

I’ve been living, eating and dreaming about Tokyo for as long as I can remember! I remember the days where I’d rush home from school to catch the latest episode of Dragon Ball, (I’m a 90s kid) and now a few decades later, I’m living in one of the most vibrant, exciting and fast paced cities on Earth.

Tokyo is special to me on so many levels. There’s so much more to this place than just bright lights and ramen shops (although ramen is my favourite). I want to show you everything this beautiful and thrilling city has to offer. I hope you stick around and enjoy the show!

1. Why did you move to Japan?

I’ve always had a huge fascination to Japan. I loved anime as a kid and my fascination only grew from there. I visited and fell in love and just knew I HAD to live here. Life here is simple, it’s also complicated but that just adds to the fun.

3. What’s your favourite thing about Japanese culture?

There are so many aspects that I love about Japanese culture that I can’t just pinpoint one thing but I really like the attention to details, the long history and the pride of the people here.

2. How long have you lived in Japan?

I visited for the first time in 2015 and moved to Tokyo the following year. Tokyo is my home now and I don’t see myself ever leaving.

4. What kind of content do you post?

A little bit of everything. I want to share my life in Japan. You can find personal stories, travel content, culture, history and just day to day life.
